ZHORASOur last outing of the season. Another year has past & time for the Motorhome Mamas to leave MOSN for the summer. Queen mom has already left for the season & is now battling with the snow. Plenty of it. so we hear. Twenty-one ladies showed up for a very good lunch.

To me, good health is more than just exercise & diet. It's really a point of view and a mental attitude you have about yourself.
