Welcome back everyone. Season opener was a total success. The girls worked hard this summer to make it special. Thanks Dolly & Peggy. We opened this season with a luncheon at Terrace hotel in Lakeland. We had our own private room. Such elegance for us. Everything was perfect & we are now officially back for the winter & ready to enjoy more luncheons.

Our hosts
Dolly & Peggy
What a wonderful job Dolly & Peggy did, a beautiful place with our own private room.

Princess Lynn won a beautiful wine glass.

Nancy won the scarf.

Joanne won a cookbook for Red hats. Hope she likes to cook.

Gail won another wine glass. These glasses are beautiful.
Wow another glass! Melanie won a wine glass too! Lots of wine tonight.
Annette won the 50/50. I wonder where she is going to spend it.
YUMMY!

They even made a special menu just for us. How precious.

What the heck!

The Purple PJ Breakfast is almost here, just a week from Tuesday, Dec 7th. The event will be hosted by Sharon Meservey and Rosie Fyffe in CH II at 10AM. Price $5.00 will include mimosas again this this year as well as coffee and tea, of course. My author friend cannot do this meeting so let's do a white elephant swap. We had lots of fun with that last year. We Red Hatters are good about creating our own entertainment. Bring some "junk", value NOT to exceed $5.00, wrapped for a gift exchange. Please don't go buy something. Look around your place and see what you'd like to get rid of. Remember this is for fun and laughs.
There will be a 50/50 and dues of $5.00 will be collected. Please RSVP to me by Sunday, Dec 5th so the gals can plan the food. Please share the word and if you here that someone did not receive this message please have them call me and hopefully we can get it fixed. This is Queen Mum this time rather than Lynn ( hopefully to get our lists coordinated properly). Lynn and I both want you all in the loop. I thank Lynn for all she has done and she will handle the messages in the future as the "Princess of email". Also, if you've thought of a quote for our year book please bring it along to give to Marge C or email her directly.

Jan & Margie hosted today's event. Margie was not able to make today's function due to unforeseen circumstances. Jan also won the 50/50...$32. Congrats!
Today was our last Red hat luncheon for the season. We hope all have a wonderful summer & come back to MOSN in good health.

Motorhome Mamas
The Motorhome Mama, not shy may I say.
They sparkle like jewels on a bright summer's day.
The colors they wear, all purple and red,
They're dazzling hats that turn everyone's head.
The feathers, the boas, the glitz and the bling,
Would be sure to make even the hardest heart sing.
Their smiles match their colors, as warm as the sun,
Their laughter rings loudly to cheer everyone.
So glitter on Mamas, like stars in the night,
It takes away sadness and makes this World bright.
